House was beautiful & the pool was amazing!!! We all truly enjoyed our stay! Unfortunately we were told that we were the last guests to stay in The Viceroy as the owners have decided to sell.

We really enjoyed the property, it is perfect for a family getaway. The management responded quickly to our maintenance request on grill, light fixture, and disposer in sink.
The pool and hot tub areas were very nice to relax outside.
Regarding the property, there is a vent problem when cooking for a large group using all elements, the smoke alarms go off with little or no smoke, because there is no venting to outside over stove. Might consider having an external vent in window over sink ....
