Event Fees, Pricing & Guidelines
The following fees apply to all permitted events:
City of Palm Springs Event Permit: $850
Event Cleaning Fee: $700
Liability Insurance Processing Fee: $187
Commercial Photography & Film Productions Day-Use Production Rate: $3,500 for up to 12 hours of exclusive property access.
Additional Required Fees:
Houskeeping: $500
Site Representative: $150 per day
All commercial photography, filming, content creation, advertising, and production activities are subject to city permitting requirements and estate approval.
- Wedding and social events require a professional planner or coordinator.
- All events are subject to City of Palm Springs permitting requirements.
- Event hours are generally limited to 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM.
- Outdoor amplified sound is not permitted.
- Additional restrictions regarding parking, transportation, occupancy, and neighborhood compliance may apply.
