The first guest bedroom is located on the first floor next to the entry. It has a king bed, flat screen TV, and en suite bath. The second guest bedroom is on the main level of the home with a queen bed, flat screen TV and attached bath. The primary suite is located on the upper floor of the home, with a king bed, flat screen TV, ensuite bath, and wonderful mountain views.
The basement level of the floor has access to the two car garage. Also on this level is a large laundry room / office, and a large media room with comfortable seating and a large mounted flat screen TV.

Fantastic Home!
We've been coming to Sun Valley for over 20 years and this is the BEST home we've stayed at. The location is exceptional - across from the Sun Valley Club, great for XC ski and golf in the summer. The View of Baldy is breathtaking. Most of all the home is very comfortable, clean and modern. Well stocked and the furnishings are beautiful. We loved this home and will return. :)
