An open-concept floor plan welcomes you as you enter, with seamless flow between the living area, kitchen and a modern, 4-seat dining area. Relax on the full-length sofa, accented by chic fur throw pillows, to watch a movie on the flat-screen TV, or curl up in a cozy club chair with a good book. A wood-burning fireplace keeps the room toasty with mountain village ambiance. Find extra wood on the private balcony. In the fully equipped kitchen, you’ll find stainless steel appliances and ample counter space for home-cooked meals. Grab one of two seats at the breakfast bar for cocoa or tea from the stove-top kettle. San Sierra #2 comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests between a queen-sized bed in the primary bedroom and a pull-out sofa in the living room. The primary, styled in modern decor, also has a large mounted TV, full-length mirror, and plenty of storage space. A spacious, modern bathroom in the hall features dual sinks and a combination shower/tub. As a guest of the San Sierra condo complex, you’ll enjoy access to a common-area washer and dryer, community hot tub, and on-site parking. Of course, with Mammoth Village a short walk away and a town shuttle stop within strolling distance, you won’t need a car to access skiing, hiking trails, restaurants, parks, golf courses and other attractions -- making this charming condo a convenient, year-round home-base. *We are licensed under Business Tax Certificate #7648.0109 with The Town of Mammoth Lakes and we are required to collect Transient Occupancy Tax.

    The good - great location, very clean condo, easy parking. The bad - hard to find at night, key code for entry was not good, bed in master is a full. Should be a queen (at least) or King size. The room is big enough. Overall a very nice place.
