Located on Warm Springs Creek and a block and a half away from the Warm Springs Ski lifts, this elegantly furnished condo boasts 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. There are 2 primary suites, each with a king bed and Roku smart TV - one on the main floor and one on the second floor. Both suites have private bathrooms; the one upstairs has a tub and a separate shower. The second floor provides an additional living area with its own 32” Roku smart TV, DVD and sound system. There is also a third bathroom and two additional bedrooms with queen size beds. The outside area includes a spacious south facing deck with great views of the Warm Springs ski runs. In addition to the deck area, it includes some outdoor furniture. No BBQ at this unit. No BBQ's allowed on the decks of this complex/unit. This unit is a short walk from the Warm Springs lift and has full use of the Prospector amenities, including the hot tub in winter and summer pool, 2 tennis courts, and pickle ball court with community picnic area and kids play ground. There is also access to warm springs creek in summer. The laundry facility is just across the parking area from the condo. **This unit only allow parking for two vehicles. No extra parking is permitted Noise should be kept to a minimum between the hours of 10 pm and 8 am per the City of Ketchum. Please be advised that this home does not have air conditioning and no washer dryer. Unit has ceiling fans in all upstairs bedrooms and floor fans. City of Ketchum STVR Permit No: STR22-00094

    Great 4 bedroom walking distance to ski lift. Spacious and very clean. Well appointed kitchen. And management staff very responsive to any issues. Would definitely repeat.
