This Old Town ski home is located a block from historic Main Street and within walking distance of the Town Lift at Park City Mountain Resort. Newly renovated, 435 Park Avenue offers everything you need to enjoy a luxurious mountain retreat, including a gourmet kitchen, spacious living areas, a private outdoor hot tub, deck space and gas fireplaces. During the Sundance Film Festival this home requires a security deposit. For ski-in/ski-out access in the winter, exit the home and turn left onto Park Avenue. Then take a right onto 5th Street and walk downhill to Main Street, which leads to the base of Town Lift and the ticket office. To get home from the top of Payday Express, take Payday Run (Blue) to Quit ‘N Time Run (Blue), which leads to the base of Town Lift. From Main Street, walk uphill and turn right on 5th Street. (Careful, it’s steep!) Continue up 5th Street and turn left on Park Avenue. The house is on the right!
