There is also a powder room on this floor. Stainless steel appliances and a five-burner range will inspire home-cooked meals in the kitchen on evenings when you prefer to stay inside. Between an 8-seat dining table that extends, and five stools at the breakfast bar, you’ll have plenty of room to enjoy sit-down dinners. Ideal for groups of friends or multi-family gatherings, Obsidian 300 comfortably sleeps up to ten guests with four sunny bedrooms, including dual master suites. Each room has a private SmartTV. Primary Suite - Top Level California King Bed This spacious suite overlooks woodland grounds and distant mountains from a private, furnished balcony and large walk-in closet. Guests have an en-suite bathroom with dual sinks, a step-in shower and a deep stand-alone bathtub. Enjoy added privacy with a separate room for the commode. Bedroom 2 - Top Level California King Bed This charming room has a large closet, high ceilings and picture windows. Guests share a bathroom in the hall with Bedroom 3 that has dual sinks, step in shower and separate commode. Bedroom 3 - Top Level Queen Bed with XL Twin Bunk and Twin Trundle This room has two walls of windows for lots of light. Guests share the upstairs common bathroom with Bedroom 2, which has dual sinks and step in shower, and private commode. Also on the top floor, a well appointed desk that allows for remote work or school. Secondary Suite - Lower Level California King Bed The only bedroom on the ground level, this suite has a private entrance to the backyard area, which overlooks rows of evergreen trees. Guests have an en-suite bathroom with dual sinks and a step-in shower, and private commode.. With a 2-car garage, guests can easily explore the surrounding area, from the base of Mammoth Mountain, a 10-minute drive, to the nearest Nordic ski trails, an 8-minute drive. In the summer, take advantage of nearby hiking and biking trails, golf courses, and even stand-up paddle boarding on the area’s many local lakes. Or, hop on the free town shuttle to experience the year-round culture and entertainment of Mammoth Lakes. Look no further for convenience and luxury! When you stay at 300 Obsidian these luxury accommodations also include the use of a Semi-Private Shuttle that will transport you from from Obsidian to Eagle Lodge or Village Gondola and back during ski season. The 2022/2023 ski season shuttle is contracted to run from December 16, 2022 to April 9, 2023, every day except Wednesdays, from 8am-10am and 3-4:30pm. Not all rentals in this community have opted into this shuttle service, so take advantage of the added benefit of renting this home during the winter season. *We are licensed under Business Tax Certificate #7648.0144 with The Town of Mammoth Lakes and we are required to collect Transient Occupancy Tax.
