This stunning, single-story unit flaunts a vibrant red façade and is located on the third floor with sweeping southwest-facing views of the city and the Valley. A long hallway adorned with bedrooms on one side allows guests to easily drop off luggage before residing in the great room. A stylish primary bedroom outfitted with a queen bed and private bathroom with a custom walk-in shower can be found off the immediate entryway, with an additional guest bedroom next door boasting a sliding barn door and spacious queen bed. The heart of this unit is the open great room, filled with natural light from large windows. It houses a comfortable living area with plush furniture, including a 2-person sleeper sofa for additional guests. We loved our recent stay at 22 Lupfer Unit D. The condo was spacious and there was plenty of room for 6 people. We only had 4 but there were three queen beds (2 with one being a fold out) and everyone had plenty of space. The kitchen is well appointed and has all the basics. A couple of things to note - there are no dressers so you have to keep your clothes on hangers or in your suitcase. You can feel other people coming up and down the stairs and sometimes in the condo next door if you are sleeping in the living room - the condo kind of shakes. The rooftop is great as is the balcony on the side/back of the building. The bathrooms are nice but the shower floor is river stone and can be uncomfortable if you are unsteady on your feet you might bring shower shoes. Washer and dryer are great! Location can not be beat - it's a few blocks off the main streets so you're in a quiet area but it's still a very short walk to restaurants and shopping. Overall it was a great stay and we c...
