During the winter the back porch is stacked with firewood, which may affect views. In the living room, a sectional sofa with a chase lounge and 2 armchairs faces a wood-burning fireplace and large-screen SmartTV for relaxed evenings after a day on the mountain. Steps away, a 4-seat dining table invites sit-down meals prepared in the gourmet kitchen where you’ll find rich hardwood cabinets, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances— and a breakfast bar with seating for two. The living area opens onto the enclosed patio, ideal for morning coffee and mountain views. Settle into the bistro seating area and take in the aroma of freshly cut logs neatly stacked for the living room fireplace. As guests of Aspen Creek, you’ll enjoy access to the community swimming pool and hot tub steps away from your door. Guests also have 2 reserved underground parking spaces—ideal for snowy weather. In the winter, walk to nearby Eagle Lodge to catch first tracks, then take the ski-in trail directly back to the condo. In the summer, hop on the Mammoth Lakes Town Loop for a leisurely bike ride, or drive less than 5 minutes to one of 2 area golf courses. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS (Sleeps 6) FIRST FLOOR: - Primary Suite 1: King Bed + Full Sleeper Sofa, Private Bathroom - Guest Bedroom: King Bed + Full Sleeper Sofa, Private Bathroom - Living Room: Queen Sofa Bed *We are licensed under Business Tax Certificate #7648.0053 with The Town of Mammoth Lakes, and we are required to collect Transient Occupancy Tax. The Garage Height is 6'6" so there is no room to park RV's and Trailers. No events with a higher number of guests than the occupancy of the house are permitted, and there is a minimum age requirement of 25 years old for renters. This is a non pet friendly property. There will be a $500 fine for any pets found on property by the HOA.

    We have stayed at other locations with natural retreats mammoth ca, this was our first time Aspen creek 121, simply clean, beautiful . And an elevator.

    We enjoyed our stay in this unit. Very nice and comfortable! Clean and well-kept! Enjoyed the easy walk to Eagle Lodge. Really nice to have the garage parking, especially during some of these wild storms! Overall, we had an excellent stay and felt well taken care of! Great place! Would definitely stay again!
