A Hen House is a charming, one bedroom, log cabin located just minutes from Pigeon Forge, Tennessee in a private and peaceful setting. The front porch boasts a wooden swing, perfect to sit a spell, talk, and escape the day to day grind. Step into the cabin's warm and inviting living room right from the front porch.
When you book your stay at this cabin, you receive free admission to popular Smoky Mountain attractions with Xplorie. This program entitles our guests to one free adult admission ticket, per night stay, to attractions like WonderWorks, Rowdy Bear Coaster, and more.
This comfortable living room features a relaxing sleeper sofa, TV with Roku and DVD, and delightful country décor. The fully equipped kitchen is complete with a microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, and more. Enjoy the beautiful, wooded Smokies setting while eating at the dining table big enough for four.
The cozy bedroom features a unique king-size log bed, a bubbly jetted-tub, a full bath, and a private entrance to the deck and hot tub. This home also has a charcoal grill for additional cooking.
This cabin welcomes up to 2 dogs with an additional fee of $50 per pet, plus tax.
*Unfortunately, the gas fireplace is currently inoperable.

We absolutely loved our stay. It was close to everything in pigeon forge, but also private enough in the mountains where you felt disconnected. We were a little disappointed that the fireplace wasn’t able to be used, but overall we had an amazing experience. We might have missed in the listing where it said the fire place wasn’t able to be used. I highly recommend this cabin. I hope to come back.

Everything was amazing the cabin was clean the view was amazing the bed was comfortable and my girlfriend just about lived in the hot tub every evening was really easy to find and close to town as we came down for the rod run which was a complete success only Small bump we had our coffee pot and it was quickly taken care of thanks again

Loved the cabin (The Hen House). Check in was smooth, all communication was answered quickly and the office even sent a text to check on us once which was a nice touch. It was nice and clean. The housekeeping made extra effort with pretty creations with the towels and wash cloths. Couldn’t use the hot tub without having to climb over and out as there was no step but that wasn’t a deal breaker for me. The road up is a bit steep but manageable. Not sure I would have the nerve to try it with snow on. No issues during our stay with internet which I was afraid would be a problem. Overall it is a nice place, basic but clean and comfy.

Even tho your close to other cabins they are very private. Surrounded my trees, really enjoyed the sounds of nature from the hot tub at night. Very spacious and had all the things needed except for a couple cleaning products but just a couple mins from convience store and dollar store with minimum traffic. I also enjoyed that i recieved emails and text messages checking in, just reminding me they are a phone call away if needed but not actually bothering me by coming in or calling

Far enough away to be peaceful but yet close enough for quick access to activities. Most of our trip was just relaxing in the hot tub and enjoying the view. Exactly what we needed but didn't want to come back home.

We found the cabin to be ideal for my husband and myself. The cabin was clean and neat. I spent a lot of time on the back porch enjoying the peace and quiet while sitting in one of the two the rocking chairs and reading. My husband enjoyed the choices he had on the 2 tvs in the cabin. We spent evenings in the hot tub relaxing after hiking in the mountains.....so soothing! The king size bed was very comfortable and the location of the cabin is away from the noise of Pigeon Forge traffic so it is very quiet. The view from the back porch is somewhat obscured by full foliage trees, (we were there in August), but you can see the lights of Pigeon Forge in the evening and there are some unobstructed views on the back porch. The back porch faces towards the west so you may catch a sunset if the clouds cooperate. We had no complaints and we were sad when we had to leave after spending a week in The Hen House. We would absolutely stay there again.

Came for a short get away with my husband, daughter and her best friend. The mattress makes horrible noise and the pull out couch was worse. I have a healthy, physically fit 20 year old daughter who woke up both mornings with her back killing her from the pull out couch.
The cabin was clean. Amenities were nice. Sitting on the deck in the rocking chairs was very quiet and relaxing. I would just recommend they get a new mattress for both the bed and couch!

We visited the “Hen House” for our 50th anniversary. It was the perfect size for the two of us. I am handicapped and had no problems. However, I highly recommend handicapped bars be installed in the shower and the in door jacuzzi. I would think that would be a requirement for all rentals. Also, we drove off the front of the driveway. A speed type bump or something to stop the car at the end would also be advised. We arrived after dark.
We were concerned about the road since snow was predicted and the ditch that was dug out on one side and the downside of the mountain was on the other.
If these suggestions are added, we would recommend this cabin for year around visits.

We have stayed in this cabin for the past several years and we love it. It`s close to town and the attractions but for enough away to be quite. Everything is always as it should be.

My husband and I visited this cabin in September 2018. I can't imagine how we got so lucky that it was still available and was extremely happy with our good fortune. The cabin was very clean, the decor elegant, and even though the hot tub was an older model it was exceptionally well maintained. Oh, and it would be neglectful of me not to mention the amazing view.

Had a great trip and all went pretty well. Cabin was clean and well prepared for our arrival. Setups and linens were ample, new and arranged great. The kitchen light in the cabin, which takes 3 bulbs) was only operating on one. I called to get new bulb replacements and when I returned to the cabin a hang tag from maintenance stated all lights were working. I guess they looked at the light over the dining room area not the kitchen which I was specific about. So we just lived with minimum light in that area. Otherwise great place to spend a few days.

We picked this cabin for our honeymoon, and we loved it!! We visited at the end of October through the first few days of November, and the scenery was beautiful!!! The cabin was so wonderful, and it was located in a great spot not far from town. We could get away from it all in our cozy cabin, but we were really close to town for when we wanted to go in town. We'll be booking this cabin again in the future!!

We stayed at this lovely little cabin in the woods for a few nights and it was wonderful! We decided on a spur of the moment trip, and unfortunately that meant spur of the moment pricing on all of the places we wanted to stay. We just happened to find this place online at the best price late notice and went for it, but we were not disappointing! Great location located only a few minutes from everything we wanted to do, yet far enough into the mountains that we didn't hear a sound. Truly great week and will look into another one of these cabins again for our next trip.

We visited this beautiful part of Tennessee the second week in July and had great vacation. We feel in Love with "The Hen House" cabin and really hope to stay there again. We try and travel to the Pigeon Forge area twice a year and this is one of the most memorable stays we have ever had. We picked "The Hen House" from the online pictures and it was a pet friendly cabin. It was everything we hoped for and much more. Thank you for a wonderful vacation stay.
