The home is well appointed. The kitchen lacks nothing but a chef. The property could use some attention. There were ripped screens, frayed curtains in the main bedroom, a non functional shower mixer (one of two) in primary bath, the bed linens had pilling & were very rough, the king mattress in the primary bedroom is exceptionally firm. We slept in one of the other bedrooms and that mattress was great. The window frames are original and dont seal well so the pool filter was loud in one of the bedrooms.

The house was a fantastic space opening to an extraordinary yard with heated pool and hot tub. The night lighting was especially charming. We had friends and family visit and everyone was wowed by the home. The location is incredible with an amazing mountain view and a nice walk to downtown Palm Springs. So much better than staying far away from town! We hope to come back again next winter!
