Located on a 2/3 acre corner lot in the heart of Little Tuscany, this four bedroom features 4,960 square feet of living space in its “U” shaped floor plan. On the western side of the property is a private hard surface tennis court.
The primary suite features a custom California king-sized bed, with large sliding glass doors facing the pool to the east. Its en suite bath is a true spa experience, with a free-standing jetted tub, stacked stone fireplace, and separate water closet with bidet. A sliding glass door opens onto a semi-private patio with western facing mountain views. The remaining bedrooms are located off the main entrance and offer 40” HD Flat Screen TVs, each with en suite baths.
A true desert retreat, Desert Solstice brings the indoor living to the pool patio, with an outdoor dining area, gas fire feature, and a rectangular pool with elevated spa and spillover. Extremely private, Desert Solstice is only a short drive to Downtown Palm Springs’ fine dining, art and culture.
This home welcomes 1 dog with an additional, non-refundable pet fee of $150, plus tax. Please be advised that dogs are not permitted in the pool.

We visited Desert Solstice with 4 couples for a few days of sunshine, leisure and golf. The accommodations were wonderful. Clean and spacious with an amazing tennis/pickle ball court and gorgeous pool. The house had everything you needed and the service and responsiveness of the Natural Retreats staff was top notch. I would highly recommend this rental. 10 out of 10!!

We loved the Desert Solstice house that we stayed in for a week. It was very spacious and very well supplied. The kitchen was very generously equipped and as we love cooking and eating in that was greatly appreciated. The pool was at a comfortable heat level and the attached spa was quick to heat and steam.
We also enjoy Pickleball so having the private court was wonderful. (paddles and balls come with the house.) Any question or maintenance issue was promptly answered and attended to. I also appreciated being met with a real person upon arrival to go over all the information we needed for our stay. Looking forward to staying at one of their other destinations.

Winter Solstice is hands down the most complete and thoughtfully furnished of the 100’s of rental houses we have experienced over the last 45 years. Literally the ONLY thing missing was a soup ladle. Everything else I have ever wished for in a rental house was there, from comfortable furniture & good good lighting to enough knives & forks! AMAZING! And the management team at Natural Retreats is top notch. We had some plumbing issues which were handled quickly & professionally! When we realized that the tennis court had tree debris on it causing balls to go astray, the debris was removed the next day. I cannot say enough about both the management and the physical house. Now if life were perfect, I’d add my favorite colors to the decor…😎

We stayed at this house for a week with our older kids and extended family. The location was ideal with easy access to downtown by car in a few minutes. The house was large with four en-suite bedrooms. The pool and hot tub were glorious and we spent most of our time in them or sitting by them. We also enjoyed tennis on the private court (when it was cool enough to play.) The concierge was really helpful and any minor issues we had were taken care of immediately.

This is a dream home. Our family of 7 adults enjoyed a lovely week here in early January, when the mornings and evenings were very cool, but the pool and hot tub were nice and warm. This home has plenty of space for everyone, and the primary suite is beyond gorgeous - don't miss the steam function in the shower for a true spa-like experience.
We enjoyed many hours around and in the pool, as well as on the tennis court. There was one pool noodle available when we arrived and we brought one inflatable that we left behind, but if you want more pool floats be sure to bring your own. There were plenty of tennis balls and rackets at the house for us to use, and we enjoyed the gorgeous mountain views from both the pool and court daily.
We cooked most meals at the house and found almost every utensil and serving piece we needed. The only suggestion might be melamine plates for outdoor dining - the glass plates are very heavy and not suited for poolside. There were many spices available, and be sure to bring your own ground coffee (there is a drip coffee maker and a Keurig) or tea, as well as butter, oils, plastic wrap, foil, etc. The bar area is also fantastic, with an ice maker and blender that were perfect for making happy hour drinks.
The neighborhood is truly magnificent, with many historic and famous homes within walking distance. We especially enjoyed learning that the famous Slim Aarons photo "Poolside Gossip," which hangs in the dining room, was taken at the house just down the street, and Rat Pack star Peter Lawford's home that he shared with Patricia Kennedy (and where JFK met Marilyn) is a few blocks away! It was an easy walk to coffee shops and stores on Palm Canyon Drive.
We enjoyed stellar service from the Natural Retreats team. Michael came to meet us (fully masked) and showed us how the pool and hot tub worked, as well as few other features, and when we let him know that a toilet was running, they sent out a plumber almost immediately to fix it. We look forward to staying in a Natural Retreats home again and hope to return to Desert Solstice for another magical week soon!

What a great space! Perfect for 4 couples. HUGE living area with plenty of space for our husbands to watch sports on one side of the house while the girls hung out on the other side.
