Overall, the house was very nice and the location was ideal. Just a couple of issues to share. Both sink fixtures in the upstairs bathroom were loose and may present a leak potential in the near future. The wifi was very spotty, due primarily to the fact that the circuit breaker for the router kept popping out and had to be reset multiple times. Lastly, it was impossible to figure out how to control the volume on the TV in the main living room above the fireplace - please get a different controller and/or better instructions. Also recommend having the rug in the TV room cleaned as it was very stained. These were just small issues and we really enjoyed our stay.

Everything was great about this place. Size, location, amenities, cleanliness, price, layout. On point. The bottom floor (like any other home) gets colder at night during the cold months fyi just be prepared for that.

House was great for three couples. Each had its own floor and the main room was great for gathering. The kitchen has all the cooking supplies you could ever needed and all in great condition. We had an issue with one of the televisions and someone was sent out promptly to repair. We would rent again for sure!

We enjoyed our time at this comfortable home with lovely views of the golf course! It was clean, had lots of dishes and utensils in the kitchen, washer and dryer, and lots of welcoming touches such as extra throw blankets for chilly evenings. The large garage easily fits two family vehicles. Our kids also enjoyed playing out in the back woods between the house and the golf course. We would stay there again!

This was a great place for our large family. It is located less than 5 minutes away from the Village and Vons. A big plus for us was that it allowed for multiple cars to park in the driveway and garage that way no one had to search for parking on the street. It was very well equipped with kitchen essentials and we definitely made use of the BBQ out on the patio. Questions were answered quickly before we checked out so that was really helpful. All in all a great stay.

Place was perfect for our group of (9) with (3) of them being toddlers. Place had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Location was ideal for all of our activities. House sits right on the 4th hole of the local course, the kids and wives were able to watch our double bogeys live. Would definitely stay here again.

Had a great time during our stay with no complaints. The house was very clean and the check in/check out was a seamless process. Very good location as it is just a short drive to canyon/eagle lodges and about a 10 minute drive to main lodge. We were able to comfortably sleep our group of 8 and would definitely stay here again. Has a private backyard feel and the hot tub is the perfect way to end the day.

Great townhome very close to Mammoth Village and the slopes. We had 3 families staying here and did so in relative comfort as the home is on 3 levels so there was enough privacy for all of us. Great kitchen too.

We had the best time at 25 W. Bear Ct. Mammoth Lakes. The condo has a contemporary feel and it’s perfectly appointed with hardwood floors, a beautiful brick fireplace and an apron sink. There’s plenty of room for more than one family to enjoy and it’s close to both Canyon and Eagle Lodge. We have been going to Mammoth for the past 10 years with our extended family and this is easily the best place we have stayed in. We cannot wait to return.

This is our second time renting with Natural Retreats. It was just as good as the last house we rented.
The location is central to the downtown area with the shopping centers,15 mins from the Mammoth ski slopes, and 5 mins from the grocery store.
The house was perfect for 9 people the beds were comfortable with a fully functional kitchen. If you are planning to cook make sure to bring your spices also bring a few extra blankets in case you get a little cold down stairs.
The jacuzzi was perfect for the cold weather. We were able to use the garage and the two car parking in front of the house. Make sure to take all food out of the cars at night because we did see two large Bears that got into the dumpsters across the street from the house.
The communication was good when we had an issue with the kitchen sink they sent people the very next morning to attempt to resolve the issue.
I would definitely stay here again. The neighborhood is quiet and the golf course is right behind the house.

The townhome was among the cleanest we've ever stayed in. Everything was as pictured / described. Location was convenient. Beds and bedding were excellent. The two identical bedrooms on the main level were perfect for our two tweens.
We did have a minor problem with the hot tub (we could not use it as it was disconnected due to maintenance work in the complex). The grill was also not usable and needs replacing as the enamel has chipped off most of the grate. The sound system was also overly complex and we could not get the sound to work in the main room for the Smart TV functions (i.e. Netflix).
That said, these were relatively minor inconveniences for our stay, but could be a big concern for other guests.

We spent a week here in June when we came up for mammoth motocross, the house was perfect and for everyone comfortably. The kids had a blast playing in the backyard, and we felt that they were safe riding bikes in the street too! The only disappointing thing was the spa was really murky, not sure why. After a long day of riding it would have been great to climb into. But other then that it was a great place! Definitely will be back!

I've been going to Mammoth for over 20 years and have stayed in various locations around town. Recently, I have been coming up in the summers (before, I only came up during the winters). This is probably the best place I have stayed in over all the years. The location is great - less than a 5 minute drive to the Village; it was spacious and we had 8 adults in the unit; we loved the patio, hot tub and sound system (there are speakers throughout the unit), plenty of parking (a garage, plus room for 2 more cars in the driveway). I will definitely be booking this unit in the future.

My family of 11 visit Mammoth every year and this retreat was by far the best for our size. It is in a central location, which was very convenient. The surroundings are beautiful and serene.
The condo itself was ideal for my large family. The only issue we had was that there is no access to the pantry and thus we had to go and purchase everything. It was not a big deal but it is the first time I have seen that.
Overall I highly recommend this location and can say that we would definitely stay here again!

We recently visited this place for an extended weekend getaway with 3 families. Location is very central to Mammoth area and being on a golf course offers that extra feeling of tranquility. Having your own private jacuzzi and heated floors in every bathroom and kitchen were just the icing on the cake.

My friends and I really enjoyed our weekend stay at this property. Location was convenient (~10-15min from Main Lodge and ~5-10min from grocery stores/ski rental shops in town). Very spacious house that accomodated 9 of us with no problem. Amenities were well appointed. The gas fireplace and heated floors were a nice touch! The only sore point of the weekend was that the jacuzzi was not heating up and we found this out too late to fix. Other than that, great property and would definitely rent again!

They were so accommodating with the check out process and let them have late check out in order to have a place to stay before their afternoon flight. I visited this home for Bluesapalooza this year and overall had a great experience. You can't beat the location - we just had to walk across one fairway to get to the festival. The condo is newer and large which accommodated our big party well. The private jacuzzi was great, and the local team was very accommodating with an early check-in and overall great service.
There were a few issues that came up:
-The wifi NEVER worked. The network info posted in the house was apparently old, so when we called after check in about it they gave us a different network name to use. It said it was connected, but it never worked and cell service was limited, so forget about trying to do anything besides make phone calls and send texts. We called them two different times about it but it never got fixed.
-We never figured out how to get the living room TV to work. The TV was older and hooked up to a complex entertainment system that we couldn't figure out.
-Apparently this house was being sold and in escrow. The realtor sent over roof repair people the day we checked in but neglected to tell the management company. Imagine our surprise when two men showed up saying they had driven from Reno to work on the roof. Darlene in the office was super apologetic and arranged for a gift card to a local wine bar which we appreciated. However, the workers left a hole in the ceiling and drywall dust all over the floor that was not cleaned until two days later after a phone call and email. The hole was never patched during our stay but was in the stairwell so not a huge deal.
-There were no BBQ tools/accessories so grilling was a challenge.
Overall, it's a great condo and location, with a few kinks to work out.

Beautiful condo and great amenities. The jacuzzi was fantastic after a long day of skiing and the kitchen was well stocked. The only thing that was misleading was the distance from the condo to the closest lift (Eagle express). It was much farther (25 min) than the website leads you to believe.
