Great place for a family vacation. 3 full bedrooms on 3 different floors, each with a bathroom, was helpful at privacy and noise reduction. Plenty of dishes/silverware/pots/pans to cook for 7 people, as we did. Private hot tub was wonderful and used every day! Garage for 1 car and driveway for second car was also wonderful. We couldn't figure out how to find the nearest ski bus shuttle, and I'm not sure it was close enough with skis in tow to walk to. Directions for that would have been helpful. We ended up driving every day and parking free on the access roads or parking lot if space was available. Upstairs shower drained very slowly and should be snaked soon. Wifi was intermittent and got worse as the week went on. That should be fixed. Outdoor grill was nice to have, but some of the burners didn't work.
It was a fantastic place and we all had an excellent ski week there. Just a few maintenance issues should be fixed.

Overall lovely, nicer than it looks in the photos. A few bumps along the way (the wifi was inconsistent, the hot tub maintenance person came unannounced and right when we wanted to use it)

Beautiful place to stay and very comforting accommodations. Loved the proximity to the village and Mammoth mountain and other locations such as the grocery store. Being able to park in the garage was a huge plus especially in the winter season. Would definitely stay at this location again and refer it to anyone staying in Mammoth!

The townhome is in a great secluded neighborhood and it was perfect for our family. The driveway was plowed when we arrived after a big storm and the property had everything we needed. The spa and barbecue on the decks were very convenient. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great experience! This place is very close to the Mammoth ski resorts and village. The hot tub view is great, and you can enjoy the outdoor vibe while relaxing in it. Communication was easy. The fireplace had a bad smell, but when I reported it, they sent someone who fixed it quickly. Overall, I recommend this place for a stay in Mammoth Lakes.
