We have used and recommended Natural Retreats many times before and therefore, it is unfortunate when the quality expected is no longer met. Without asking, we are certain that there was a change in local management. The cleaning was not up to par, the response and solutions to issues were not handled professionally and the interruptions made our stay frustrating. At the end it left a bitter taste.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Creekhouse 1374. It was clean, modern, and beautiful.
The kitchen had everything you may need. Everything in there was also of high quality. We also loved the large balcony with a fire pit and the plentiful seating. The rooms were spacious and clean and each room had it's own bathroom, which everyone enjoyed. Each bedroom also had a nice sized TV. There was also a private jacuzzi which was an added bonus. It was even heated for us so we were able to use it immediately. We have been going up to Mammoth every summer for over 10 years and this was the best condo we have ever stayed in. Natural Retreats made everything stress free. We will definitely stay in this condo next year.
