Stayed for Thanksgiving, and the unit had everything we needed to cook a meal for our family of 9. There’s a ton of leftover kitchen pantry items from previous visitors which was helpful. Communication was extremely proactive, providing us with a guidebook and advanced/day of/post check in correspondence. They were responsive to our concerns, even coming to the home to clean the soap scum/limescale on the shower head and dropping off dish soap on Thanksgiving day!
Beautifully designed home and quality amenities-the tuberose and jasmine candle smelled amazing. Natural Retreats provided their own line of bath products, kitchen cleaning, laundry, and olive oil. They even provided 3 bags of YOLO brand ground coffee.
Additional feedback post stay: the washer/dryer needs maintenance. There is mold growing inside the washer’s silicone seal, and previous visitors left their lint on top of the dryer. Also, we wanted to use the grill but the propane was low.
