Walk to Main Street for shopping, dining and nightlife, and to the Town Lift for skiing or scenic chairlift rides. After a day on the trails, relax with a private outdoor hot tub, projector screen theater and relaxing living areas. This home also features a heated one-car garage.
During the Sundance Film Festival this home requires a security deposit.
For ski-in/ski-out access in the winter, use the Town Lift. Exit the home and turn left onto Park Avenue until reaching the bridge. Then, walk upstairs until reaching the Town Lift Plaza and ticket office. To get home, ski to the base of Town Lift via Creole Run (Blue) or Quit ‘N Time Run (Blue), head back to the bridge, and take the stairs back up to Park Avenue—Snowflake Villa is on the right!
