The open living room has plenty of seating and the two sliding glass doors allow unparalleled views of the beach and St. Helena Sound. There is a flat-screen television with internet TV, including YouTube TV, Netflix, Amazon, HBOMAX, and other apps, or for more hands-on pursuits there are many books and games. We encourage you to bring your four-legged friend, as dogs are accommodated for an additional fee of $300 plus tax, two dogs max. No events with a higher number of guests than the occupancy of the house is permitted. Please be advised that this home can accommodate up to 3 vehicles. *Part of the charm of this home is that it is located on a sandy road, thus eliminating traffic and road noise, but on extremely rainy days may not drain like a paved road.
