Silver Star #1301 - 3 Bed Condo +Spa is rated 3.0 out of 5 by 2.
Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not as good as it use to be We have stayed in this unit 3-4 times now and each year it gets a little more run down. Dishwasher never worked correctly even after it was supposedly repaired. The pots and pans and utensils in the kitchen are nasty. Every morning when I cooked eggs I cringed making eggs in the pan. They should toss the pots and pans and start over. There isn’t enough silverware for a family meal. The wine corkscrew fell apart when used. For what we pay, you would think there would be a little attention paid to things like the kitchen. Oh, and the coffee filters provided for the coffee maker aren’t the right size, so if your not careful the coffee overflows on to the counter. Motel rates maybe, but at the rates we paid, no way.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great location! It was a wonderful place to stay. The kitchen was well equipped (needs a new wine opener), close to town (you can walk), great excess to the mountain and the beds were very comfortable. It would be a bonus if they updated the back bedroom to a king. I would say the carpet in the back rooms and sofa's will need to be replaced in the near future. That being said, it was in good shape for a rental property. I would stay in this unit again.
