This open-layout home breaks down all the barriers that traditionally separate each room so that you and your guests can participate in all of the activities of the house in one centralized area. As you exit the private elevator and enter this condo, you’ll be delighted with the wall of glass that naturally illuminates the dining area, kitchen, and living room. Peak your head outside through the balcony door to admire the panoramic views from the furnished deck. This is a modern residence with impeccable luxurious amenities. An L-shaped sofa and 2 lounge chairs surround the gas fireplace and television in the great room, where you can entertain the whole family. For friends or family who want some time together away from screens, the 8-seat dining table is ideal for catching up or even the den. In the kitchen, you’ll be able to cook up your favorite meals with top-of-the-line appliances as there is plenty of storage space for food and snacks. The sleek island design provides comfortable seating for 5 people at once, which is great for sharing coffee in the morning. Four exquisitely decorated suites can comfortably sleep up to 10 guests with additional space in the den: Primary Bedroom King Bed The primary suite offers guests stunning mountain views from the floor-to-ceiling windows that make the room glow. Guests can enjoy the comfort of their own fireplace, a television, an en-suite bathroom, and a wet room for the soaking tub and rain shower. This bedroom is the perfect place to relax and recharge during your stay. Bedroom 2 Queen Bed In this decadent space, the floor-to-ceiling windows offer stunning views. Guests can also watch the television that’s available as a way to relax and shut off an overactive mind. The en-suite bathroom has a step-in glass shower, and towels are provided for guests' convenience. Bedroom 3 King Bed This charming bedroom has its own television and floor-to-ceiling windows putting the alpine backdrop on full display. This room also features an en-suite bathroom with a sink and step-in glass shower. Bedroom 4 Queen Bed, Two Twin Bunk Beds This 4-bedroom suite is perfect for kids or for guests who aren’t shy and don’t mind sharing. With 2 queen beds and two twin bunks overhead, this room provides all the space necessary to house large groups. The en-suite bathroom features a combination shower-tub. One Empire Pass #305 is a luxurious year-round condo with all the perks of home, but in an environment designed specifically for your vacation. You'll find shared amenities like the heated infinity pool that will keep you warm during those cold winter days as well as top-notch fitness equipment and a kid's game room to ensure no one gets bored. For ski-in/ski-out access in the winter, use the Silver Strike Express Lift and ticket office. Located just outside the lounge area, the lift is approximately 20 steps away. To get home from the top of Flagstaff Mountain, take Bluebell Run (Green/Blue) to Silver Buck Run (Green), and then go from Lily Run (Green) to the base of Silver Strike Express Lift. This is where Empire One is located!
