The multi-level design gives each guest privacy with an en-suite bath and flat-screen TV in every bedroom. The top-level primary, a floor of its own, even boasts a flat-screen TV above the bathtub. Gas fireplaces, inviting living spaces, and a private outdoor hot tub welcome skiers after a day at Park City Mountain Resort, Deer Valley or Canyons -- all located less than five minutes away. This Old Town home is also just a quarter-mile from Main Street and Town Lift and less than 250 meters to ski access at Creole Run. During the Sundance Film Festival, this home requires a security deposit. For ski-in/ski-out access in the winter, exit the home and turn left onto Empire Avenue and walk downhill. (Careful, it’s steep!) Then follow it to the base of Park City Mountain Resort. To get home from the base of the resort, start at the end of the upper parking lot and turn right onto Empire Avenue hill. Walk steeply uphill and Empire Villa is on the right!     love that we didn't have to worry about linens or trash-- loved the ease of communication. house was top notch-- great appliances and amenities. nice touch with the boxed toiletries and cleaning items. Better than described- very comfortable, yet luxurious.
