Great place! Location and locker room were fantastic! Well equipped, furnished, kitchen appliances, utensils,... Would recommend stocking with basic spices beyond salt & pepper, eg. olive oil, garlic. A garage door opener would have been convenient, but our unit didn't have one. Towels for the jacuzzi would have also been nice, but our unit didn't have any. No "Welcome" package as described in app. Natural Retreat app isn't logically organized. For example, difficult to easily find where garage access code is or Empire shuttle info, ...

The condo was beautiful and perfect for our needs. We asked for an earlier check in and you accommodated us. Taylor was so helpful to let us put our bags in the condo so we'd have room for our skis! There wasn't enough snow for ski in/ski out but that's not your fault! We would definitely recommend this to friends/family who may be coming up to visit.

I had asked to have my luggage stored until we could get into our unit because our flight was early in the day. I was told I could store my luggage at the office, but was not told the office was not at the same address as my condo. So, my driver took us to the condo and then had to turn around and take us back down to the office in Park City. It would have been so helpful if that had been relayed to me so we could have gone straight to the office in Park City. I do really appreciate that they got us in our condo early!! Thanks!
