A comfortable living room off the kitchen and dining area has exposed ceiling beams a leather sofa and cushioned chairs, and is a perfect place to unwind with hot cocoa or a glass of wine before stepping outside to the attached balcony to admire wooded views. A guest bedroom near the kitchen has a queen bed with a shared bathroom that opens to the back deck and a hot tub that seats 6-8. A staircase by the kitchen leads down to the home’s garden-level basement, where guests will find a cozy billiards room, a second living area with leather sofas and a 60” TV, and a guest bedroom with a full bed and a private bathroom. Upstairs on the second floor are 2 guest bedrooms and an impressive primary bedroom.     Thoroughly enjoyed my stay in Breckenridge. This house was the perfect place for my 7 guests to enjoy a ski weekend away. There were plenty of common areas in the house and space for large groups. This house was also conveniently located to center of town. 8min Uber to center of town and 12min Uber to Peak 8 where we would begin our skiing every morning. Would recommend this house for a large group and am eager to return!
