Replete with extraordinary views of Bald Mountain, the home is undoubtably contemporary—with clean lines, an abundance of natural light, and a profusion of windows that bring the outside in. Parking for 2 cars only outside only, no garage. The first level features a media room with a couch and loveseat, gas-ignited wood burning fireplace, and a wall-mounted flat-screen Smart TV. There is also a kitchenette with a small refrigerator, sink, and microwave. The rec room is located adjacent to the media room and boasts a ping pong table and doors that open to a patio. There are two full bathrooms on this floor. The spacious, open-plan living area is on the second level. The heart of the home is the sleek, ultramodern kitchen; which is very well-equipped. Avid cooks will enjoy the large prep island with seating for 6, as well as the chef’s range, double oven, dishwasher, granite counter tops, electric tea kettle, Kitchen Aid mixer, Nespresso coffee maker, and Vitamix. The dining room—located next to the kitchen—features spectacular vaulted ceilings and a dining table that seats 10-12. There is a small seating area with pool table off the dining room, which features a wall of windows that look out onto impressive Bald Mountain views. In addition, there is a second seating area also located off the main living room. The stylish living room comes replete with a wall-mounted flat-screen Smart TV, a cozy sectional sofa and love seat, gas-ignited wood burning fireplace, and access to the deck—with its stunning views, and gas grill. This floor of the home also includes a half-bathroom. The home’s third level features a large lounge area with fireplace, TV, and seating that adjoins to the primary bedroom. There is also an office with a couch, balcony access, as well as a half-bath. Ideal for large groups or families, Warm Springs Contemporary sleeps up to 12 guests in its 5 bedrooms: Primary Bedroom- Third Floor King Bed The only bedroom on this floor is the expansive primary-suite with louvered doors—which has its own balcony—as well as a separate space with wood-burning fireplace, wall-mounted flat-screen Smart TV, kitchenette with sink and fridge, and 2 cozy chaise lounges. The en-suite bath has a jetted tub and a separate double head shower. This home has two full laundry rooms. One located on the first level and an additional on the third level. Bedroom 1- First Floor Queen and Twin Bed This charming room offers a queen and a full-sized bed, a desk, as well as doors that open onto a patio with lovely views of the yard and the mountains in the distance. Bedroom 2- First Floor Full and Twin Bed This bright room features full and twin sized beds, patio access, as well as a desk. Warm Springs Contemporary is ideally situated a mere 2-miles from Downtown Ketchum—with its shopping and restaurants. Guests can walk to and from Bald Mountain from Warm Springs Contemporary. River Run Lodge and skiing, along with Sun Valley Lodge and Village are also a short 3-miles away. Noise should be kept to a minimum between the hours of 10 pm and 8 am per the City of Ketchum.
