The Village at Mammoth was designed to be a vibrant, exciting place to stay, with the conveniences of being close to the slopes, shopping, restaurants and night life. From any of lodges in the Village at Mammoth, guests have access to the shops and restaurants that the Village boasts throughout the open air plaza, which is within walking distance. Many of the restaurants have outdoor seating areas year-round, allowing a wonderful opportunity for people watching. Scattered throughout The Village are fire pits for warmth and atmosphere. This active haven makes Mammoth Lakes a hotspot for bustling year-round activity. Please be advised, this unit has one portable AC unit in the living room. Please note : Parking is limited and the Village only allows 1 parking pass per condo, regardless of the size. The Village will not make any exceptions. The parking garage for this complex can accommodate vehicles 8'6" or smaller. *We are licensed under Business Tax Certificate #7648.0011 with The Town of Mammoth Lakes and we are required to collect Transient Occupancy Tax.

    This condo is the perfect location. You can see the Gondola from the balcony and its about 50 feet from the exit of the building. The underground parking garage is very convenient. There is a nice community heated pool and jacuzzis that are nice to go to after Skiing. There are a few decent restaurants right outside the building as well. To maximize your time in mammoth the extra cost of the village condos is worth it.
