This was our 3rd stay at Villa Coyaba. Our unit was beautiful and comfortable for our large group of 11. The pool, parking and beach are well kept. Minor inconveniences were addressed quickly by the 360 Blue office via text and did not impede our vacation. Our dryer had a defect that caused damage to a few pieces of clothing. A new dryer was brought in the next day. We will absolutely return to VC and recommend to others!

We come every year to Destin and stay in the same unit. We love it but, it would be much better if there was a barn door on the twin bunk room and black out drapes or shades on the front windows as, the lights outside shine in and it is bothersome. It would also be nice to have one more side chair in the den for more people to site. Again, we love this place and these are our only complaints. Thanks

We would highly recommend Villa Coyaba! This is the second time staying here and would go back again. It is in a quiet area and we love walking to the Camille’s coffee bar in the morning and restaurant at night! Loved the proximity to shopping and other restaurants!

We have rented for the last 5 years from 360 Blue and have always had a great experience. This is our 3rd stay at #301. The only 3 issues we have are there not being a door on the bonus room, darker blinds in the bedrooms and the dining room chairs are filthy dirty. We just booked again for 4/22/23-4/26/23 of next year and it would be great for the chairs at the very least to be cleaned or reupholstered. It would also be nice to have a return customer discount from the owner.

The condo we stayed at was wonderful and we absolutely loved it. My only complaint was no clock on master bedroom nightstand and also needs one hanging either in kitchen or living area. Other than that it was a beautiful place and we both enjoyed it so much!

Wonderful stay with long time High School friends...8 ladies. We loved the decor and accommodations. Would agree with others that shades should be darker to prevent so much light to come thru especially sunlight and light fixture in front entrance of unit at night. Loved the bedding and furnishings. The nicest biggest place we have ever stayed. Looks exactly like the pics. The lites took some time to figure out. Turned on other rooms than we thought. Beautiful condo. Great views of the beach. 3 couples shared the condo very comfortably. One of the couples got married on the beach at Henderson State Park down the street. The master bedroom suite made a great honeymoon suite for the newlyweds. We loved having coffee on the huge balcony every morning and spent a lot of time on the beach. Ice machine was loved by all! We had a great stay in villa Coyaba 301. The condo is very clean and well staged. The condo has nice kitchen appliances available for cooking. The panoramic view of the end unit is fantastic. Would definitely recommend this unit. The only things I would change are the thickness of the shades on the windows. Especially in the room next to the entry door. The current shades allow the walkway light to shine in the bedroom at night. The other fix would be the remote system for the fans and lights....

I recently stayed in Villa Coyoba unit 301 and had a very frustrating experience with that property and the frequent intrusions caused by multiple dysfunctions in the unit. There's not enough room here to recount all the issues and the number of times my vacation was interrupted but I do have some notes with dates and times that I can share with a 360 Blue representative. The unit is beautifully done and was brand new inside, but many, many things did not work and the effort to fix everything...

Beautiful property. Very quiet. It was exactly as described/pictured. The mgmt staff was very prompt with all questions. Close to grocery stores and restaurants (a mile or less). Definitely would stay again.
