The first floor of the home features two bedrooms and a beautifully updated full-bathroom. Perfect for the kids in your group, the first bedroom has two new twin beds, as well as a flat-screen TV. The second queen-sized bedroom has plenty of closet space and its own flat-screen TV. The second floor--with its kitchen, living room and third bedroom-- is accessible from the staircase on the main level. The open-concept layout of the living area on this floor makes it the perfect place for group gatherings. Prepare meals in the well-appointed kitchen to be enjoyed at a large table that seats 6, or at the small dining table under the window which seats 2. There is also a large table on the screened in porch that seats 6. The living room features a new flat-screen TV and a decorative fireplace. The screened-in porch is accessible via the slider in the living room. Here guests can enjoy warm ocean breezes, while they kick back and relax with a good book in one of two lounge chairs--or enjoy meals al fresco at the six-seat table. The primary bedroom is located on the second level and comes replete with a new king-sized bed, large TV and a newly renovated upscale en-suite bath. There is also a half-bath on the second floor next to the kitchen. The backyard boasts a brick patio, a charcoal grill, a bistro table and chairs, as well as a lighted enclosed shower with hot and cold water--ideal for getting the sand off after a day at the beach. Beach access is on either 12th Street or 13th Street which is a short walk from the town home. This property will permit up to 2 dogs for an additional pet-fee of $114, as long as they are on flea medication. No events with a higher number of guests than the occupancy of the house are permitted and there is a minimum age requirement of 25 for renters.
