In the living area, three pairs of uniquely styled club chairs frame a modern gas fireplace and large-screen SmartTV with access to Hulu TV. This home has upgraded internet speed. Steps away, a formal dining table seats up to 6 guests. For inspired chefs, the gourmet kitchen boasts top-of-the-line appliances, including a Fisher Paykel gas range. Ideal for couples or a small group of friends, this condo comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests with three bedrooms and a bonus room, each evenly spaced for privacy. Please note that this condo is adults only: Primary Bedroom - Main Level King Bed Ideal for guests who may need to work from vacation, this room has a private desk, a wall-paneled Smart TV with access to Hulu TV, and a private entrance to the deck. Guests share the hallway bathroom with Bedroom 3. A private laundry room with a washer and dryer adds convenience. Guests looking to enjoy Sun Valley without a car can easily walk to restaurants, cafes, recreation and entertainment, with plenty of options available in less than 10 minutes. The lifts of River Run are a 10-minute stroll, or a 5-minute ride on the free city bus. Those who choose to drive can take advantage of on-site, outside, covered parking for one car to explore more of Sun Valley, from the slopes of Dollar Mountain to the Sawtooth Botanical Garden, both less than 10 minutes away.     The space is great. New, clean lines, attractively decorated and comfortable. Floor to ceiling windows with a beautiful view of the mountains. Excellent location to walk to the shops and restaurants. Natural Retreats took good care of us. I definitely want to book there again.
