With a fireplace, ample deck, and community hot tub, this 2-level home offers a quintessential mountain getaway.
Golden wood wainscotting and streaks of sunlight welcome guests inside this split-level home. Off the stairwell entry, find the first guest bedroom, boasting a full bed and TV. Continue to the lower level, where a primary bedroom with a plush king bed, private bathroom, Smart TV, and patio provides a serene retreat. Additionally, there is a bunk room with 1 twin-over-full bed and a guest bedroom with 2 twin beds. A laundry room adds convenience for extended stays.
The great room awaits on the top level. Social chefs will love the kitchen's high-end appliances, open layout, and spacious breakfast bar for 4. Pop open a bottle of wine to share over a delicious dinner at the 8-seat formal dining table, nestled underneath a lodge-style chandelier. We absolutely loved our place. It was fantastic. The only thing that was wrong is that the shades didn’t open it appeared that almost all of the shades in the condo were shut so you had to physically open the entire sheet.

Natural Retreats was responsive when they learned of a water leak and quickly sent a repairman who took care of the issue. The house was as advertised and provided all amenities listed and worked great for our extended family. Plenty of kitchen area to prepare meals and dining area accomodated all. For a group of 8-10, this was perfect.

Incredible place to stay! The garage code was incorrect which wasn’t a big deal at all. Unfortunately our neighbors were extremely inconsiderate and blocked our driveway multiple times after kindly asking them to stop, but that isn’t the management or properties fault. Would recommend!

This beautiful cabin was so amazing to stay at. We really enjoyed our couple days here. Loved the openness of the main floor, great for entertaining all of our friends and we loved the pool table. The cabin was also in a great location; quite neighborhood only about five minutes from the Vons grocery store and the famous breakfast spot, The Stove Restaurant. Also close to The Village and all of Mammoths great hikes. The company Natural Retreats was also so easy to work with. Very responsive and great at welcoming me and my guests to this beautiful cabin. Excellent place! Plenty of room for friends and family and the pool table is a plus! You are able to use the garage that fits 2 cars plus a driveway for several cars as well! Love the main living area which is an open concept with plenty of light plus a balcony with a nice view as well! Definitely recommend staying here more winter mammoth trips!

One detail - I think the house could use a binder on how everything works as we could not figure out the sound system and it took forever to figure out the light switches. One of the best Airbnb's we've stayed at in mammoth. The locations is great because it connects you to the lakes through old mammoth road and is just a few minutes from everything. The master bedroom is beautiful. We got married in mammoth and my now wife used it to get ready with her bridesmaids and the pictures came out great. You can fit 2 cars in the garage and 2 outside. Kitchen and living room are spacious and very comfortable. We had 10 adults and 3 kids sleeping there. Everyone was comfortable and enjoyed their stay. If you have some couch bums you could fit even more people. With 4 bathrooms we never had to wait to shower or drop a deuce. Overall I loved this Airbnb. Would definitely stay again.

Great, quiet neighborhood, perfect location for seeing the sunrise from the main living space. The home is clean without clutter or excessive decor. Travel size amenities were a nice bonus. We didn't cook BUT the kitchen was well equipped. The only negative was a late check-in relative to other homes we've stayed in. We would stay again.

The attention to small details was a nice touch. For example, we appreciated the fact that there was a Kleenex box in the bathrooms. On the other hand, some of the blinds in the bedrooms were broken as was the sliding screen door. Overall, though, a great property.

We enjoyed our stay here so much. Extremely spacious and the scenic views you get without having to leave the airbnb are unmatched. You can even see wild deer prancing from your backyard. The location is close enough to town so that you can make a quick stop to the grocery store or brewery, but far enough to escape into nature. We would stay again.

Really enjoyed the stay. Natural retreats was very well organized. The man who helped me originally with my reservation, Drew, was very helpful, and I received several timely, helpful and informative follow up email. The place itself was very comfortable and well stocked, and was exactly what I expected. No fancy and misleading photos. All in all a great experience and without hesitation l’d defiantly use this company again!

Wished the dishwasher worked properly. Knowing it was Christmas, we did not expect anyone to show up to fix it. But the handyman did visit on the day prior and the day after but could not repair it.

I stayed in this beautiful, inviting, and family friendly condo with my family in March. The condo was clean, well stocked, and spacious. Our kids had a great time playing in the snow and the adults made use of the pool table. Our backyard had magnificent view of the mountains and landscape. Staff was professional and replied very promptly. We enjoyed every aspect of this home. It was a fantastic getaway!

We stayed at this cabin with 5 couples. Two families had children and the space was ideal for our situation. Everything was clean and the cabin was fully stocked. Checking in and out was a breeze. The cabin didn’t heat evenly, some rooms felt like 90 and others 70. We also had a small issue with the dishwasher upon check out. We hand washed all of the dishes but natural retreats offered for us to leave the dishes in the sink. Their customer service was amazing. Thank you guys for making our stay wonderful.

Our family visited in mid December and had a great time! Ski lifts, tubing, and shopping in the Village were convenient. This unit was spacious and had everything we needed to make our trip a wonderful experience.

Myself and my extended family stayed at this home in September 2018. The location is very quiet and the home has a wonderful view of the mountains and wide open space. The home is very well kept, with two large master bedrooms and everything was provided. The check in and check out procedure was really straightforward. My family thought it was the perfect venue for our gathering.

We had a serious problem with our balcony.It was about ready to come down and swaying. The pilaster has a huuge split in it and also starting to split on the wall We pointed it out to the maintenance guy when he came to fix our tv in one of the bedrooms. we were unable to use our balcony.Also, the Twin beds really need to be replaced and were uncomfortable for our guests The Condo had great ammenities and the furniture was well made( dining room chars could stand to be refilled) The condo was spacious and perfect for our group.

This was by far the most beautiful vacation rental we have ever stayed in! Everything from the peaceful location to the furnishings and decor was perfect. The home is extremely spacious, comfortable and very well stocked. We had everything we needed and spent most nights cooking in the large, gourmet kitchen while the kids had a great time playing pool and board games in front of the gorgeous fireplace. This home is very close to the slopes, shops and restaurants but also feels very secluded and private with the beautiful mountain backdrop. We were so excited it snowed two of the days we were there and the kids had a blast building a snowman out front. We were also able to see the golf course before it snowed and are equally excited to plan a summer visit. Overall a perfect week in this amazing home and we cannot wait to go back!

We just spent an amazing week in Mammoth. 820 Fairway Circle was the perfect location for our families to come together for Thanksgiving. We had 3 families a total of 10 of us. There was plenty of space for all. The kids and the adults enjoyed playing pool. The kitchen is well stoked and a gorgeous space to create meals. We found some great hiking trails out back of the property to work off all those extra calories. My kids are already asking when can we go back! Perfect for my family. Amazing area and great house! We will definitely go back. My only complaint was we couldn't stay longer. Definitely, will recommend this to all my friends.

Fell in love with this place and location. Expansive views. Loved the trails right outside the the front door. Took a different walk every day of our stay. Modern, spacious and made for 'gathering' , with great room and pool table. We will definitely be back.
