The concierge was extremely helpful. The location was really nice and the lobby area was lovely. There was a huge and loud condo building construction project next door that woke us up every morning. This was not disclosed to us at the time of booking. I requested a discount for this but this was declined. The unit did not come with basic kitchen tools such as a can opener, pan or a cutting board.
