The main floor living area features a kitchen, four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a great room. The kitchen is very well-equipped to prepare fabulous meals for your guests to enjoy at the ten-seat dining table, or at a smaller table with seating for four. The great room comes replete with a flat-screen TV, seating for seven, and access to the home's screened-in porch, with rocking chairs. At the end of a lovely day in the sun, guests can retire to one of four bedrooms on the main floor. There is a king-sized bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and closet off the dining area. A second king-sized bedroom on this level offers a flat-screen TV, an en-suite bathroom, and access to a small balcony with ocean views via the room's slider. The third king-sized bedroom also has balcony access and a TV. This bedroom shares a full bathroom with the fourth main-level bedroom, which features both a full and a twin bed. The second living area is located downstairs and can only be accessed from the outside of the home. It features a kitchen, two bedrooms, one bathroom, and a family room with access to a patio with outdoor furniture. The dining area on this level provides seating for four.
