With high ceilings, hardwood floors, stone tile accents, and cozy gas fireplaces, each 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom townhouse evokes the feeling of a modern mountain lodge, set against tall pine trees outside with the Village Gondola overhead. The home opens with an oversized, 2-car garage on the ground level, and two levels above boasting more than 2,000 square feet of living space. An open floor plan on the main level marries a spacious great room, gourmet kitchen, and dining area to inspire a feeling of togetherness, even if you’re crafting hot cocoa in the kitchen while the kids are warming up by the fireplace, watching the large-screen TV or having a snack at the dining table. Kitchens boast stainless steel appliances, knotty alder cabinets, and a 5-range gas stove to inspire home-cooked meals, while dining areas boast room to seat up to 7 guests with 3 bar-stools at the counter. Just off the kitchen is a kid-friendly bunk room, giving parents privacy on the upper level: Primary Bedroom - Third (Top) Level Eastern King Bed This room features beautiful wood floors, a gas fireplace, TV, and an en-suite bath with a walk-in shower and soaker tub. Guest Primary Bedroom - Third (Top) Level Eastern King This room has an en-suite bath with a walk-in shower and soaker tub. Bunk Room - Second (Main) Level 2 Sets of Twin/Full Bunk Beds This room has a detached full bath just outside with a combination walk in shower. On blue-bird days, take in mountain views from your private deck, located just off the living room. To enjoy the slopes, take a short walk to Canyon Lodge for multiple chairlifts, ski school, dining, shops and live entertainment. Between the Village Gondola and free winter shuttle, you can even head into town without taking a car. In the summer, enjoy easy access to hiking and biking trails, scenic gondola rides, live events, golf, and nearby lakes -- all within a short drive. Between the tranquil atmosphere of Mountainside, the family-friendly layout, and convenient location in the heart of Mammoth, a stay at this charming home will leave you feeling relaxed, revived and rejuvenated. *We are licensed under Business Tax Certificate #7648-0123 with The Town of Mammoth Lakes and we are required to collect Transient Occupancy Tax.

    The place was spacious and comfortable. The only thing needed was more cookware as that was a little sparse.

    Fantastic location and a great unit. It was great being on the edge of Canyon lodge's parking lot. The unit is spacious with all the comforts of home. As my group used this as our home offices while trying to get in some slope time, we all wished the wifi bandwidth was a bit better. However, overall we had a fantastic time and look forward to coming back soon and also booking the unit next door!

    You can’t beat the location. Two mins or less to Canyon Lodge in full gear. Extremely clean and has all the essentials. If we have a complaint, it is that although it is fully furnished and comfortable, it does lack some personality and leans on the austere side. It’s comfortable but not comfy. Minor complaint: could use a lot more hangers and more drawer space in the bunk room.
