    Private location at end of cul-d-sac with panoramic views!! Great layout for families and well stocked cabin. Loved the amenities, including wraparound balcony and hot tub. Our family enjoyed our time with lots of good memories! Management was very responsive with communication. Highly recommend!

    Excellent communication. Routine emails regarding status and arrival information were very timely and helpful. I did have some questions, and responses were comprehensive and prompt. An issue we were concerned about at the house was quickly addressed and the employee who came was very nice and wore a mask.

    We loved our stay in Big Sky. The house was just like the pictures, beautiful. The location was perfect and close to everything. We had 4 adults and 4 kids, plenty of room for everyone. There were a few minor things that needed fixed but we made one call and everyone at Natural Retreats was friendly and responsive. They were all customer focused and wanted to make sure our family was comfortable. We will definitely be back.
