The property is a 5-minute walk to the nearest free shuttle stop and provides on-site parking in a heated garage. Guests will love the private hot tub, gas fireplace, and breathtaking alpine views.
Upon entering the first floor of this 2-story Modern Alpine Escape, guests will admire the clever industrial beams separating each area of the great room. The mix of mid-century modern furnishings creates a timeless look that friends and family can comfortably relax on, including the blue-green curved sectional sofa, which surrounds a dark stone gas fireplace and mounted TV. A quaint dining area divides the kitchen from the living room and seats 8. The stylish kitchen is also accented with mid-century modern cabinetry, a sizeable kitchen island, and a 3-stool breakfast bar. Guests can access a small patio with a private hot tub through the sliding glass doors. For added convenience, there is a mud room for wet ski gear or dirty hiking boots. Guests can retire to the first-floor primary bedroom, with a washer and dryer provided in the closet, when the day is over.
The second-floor landing boasts a cozy and comfortable living area, complete with a sofa, TV with Roku, DVD player, and 2 beanbag chairs. Perfect for entertaining the kids! When it's time to settle in for the night, this floor also features the 2 remaining bedrooms—1 bunk room featuring 2 bunks beds and a futon and 1 other guest bedroom with 2 queen beds.

The stay was awesome, the location of the house is fantastic. Located close to Breckenridge, Frisco, and Lake Dillion. The house was very clean upon arrive and had enough supplies for 8 adults. We stayed in the summer and the house has no AC being in the mountains. With the windows open the house was a good temperature just make sure to have some fans at night. Overall I thought the value was worth it for a large group.

This was one of the nicest Airbnbs I've ever stayed at. The location is absolutely stunning - the mountain views and peaceful neighborhood were perfect for our group trip. The home itself is spacious, modern, and comfortable. The host was extremely communicative and helpful. We had a few questions and needed some assistance but everything was resolved immediately. We were so sad to leave!
