Lake Winnipesaukee #383—also known as Boulder Cove— is a 5-bedroom, 2.5 bath home that can accommodate 10 guests. The home is situated on 200’ of pristine waterfront, and boasts a sandy beach, a new 50’ boat dock, screened-in porch, and patio. The main-floor open-plan living area features plenty of natural light—courtesy of floor-to-ceiling windows which provide impressive lake views. The kitchen is very well-equipped for preparing meals that can be enjoyed at the breakfast bar or the dining table with seating for eight. Should you like to cook and eat outside, there’s a gas grill and dining table on the deck which can be accessed via slider doors off of the dining/living room area. The living room is located off the dining area, and features a wall-mounted flat screen TV and a luxurious leather sofa and chairs, as well as access to a deck with outdoor seating. The main floor has two full bathrooms. There are also two mini split wall mounted a/c’s in the living area. The lower level of the home features a second dining area, as well as another living area with a cozy sofa and wall-mounted flat-screen TV. There is also a charming library/music room located just off the living area with a baby grand piano and a collection of books. Adults and children alike are sure to enjoy the ping pong table! Access to the new screened-in porch with plenty of comfortable seating, is located off the dining area on the lower level. After a wonderful day spent outdoors, guests can get some rest in one of 5 bedrooms: Bedroom One (Main Floor): This spacious bedroom comes replete with a full-bed, vaulted ceiling, and walk-in closet. Bedroom Two (Main Floor): Features a twin bed, and vaulted ceiling. Bedroom Three (Main Floor): Well appointed bedroom with king-sized bed, comfortable seating area, wall-mounted flat screen smart TV, en suite bath and access to a deck. Mini split wall mounted a/c. There is also another full bath on this main level of the house. Bedroom Four (Upper Level): Comfortable bedroom with a King bed and a twin day bed, a sitting area, and large flat screen smart TV. Mini split wall mounted a/c Bedroom Five (Upper Level): Gracious bedroom with a full bed and a set of twin bunks. There is a sitting area with a view of the water, a flat screen smart TV, and a small private balcony facing the lake. Mini split wall mounted a/c. The upper level bathrooms share a half bath. The lower level of this home has a family room with sitting area and tv, the music area with bookshelves and ping pong table, a small dining table with four chairs and the attached screened porch.
