The first guest bedroom has a queen bed, 43” TV and shower, and opens to a private covered patio with outdoor seating to enjoy the mountain views. The second guest bedroom has a twin over queen bunk bed with a shower/bathtub bathroom. Top-down bottom-up shades over the large windows simultaneously provide for light and privacy. The first floor also houses the laundry room with a stacked washer dryer so you can minimize packing. The attached garage has parking for two cars and bike and ski/snowboard racks. A 240 V outlet for electric vehicle charging is also available. The second floor is the main living space of the townhouse. It is an open concept space featuring a vaulted ceiling living area with a 70” TV, ceiling fan and remote-controlled fireplace. The sectional couch includes a fold-out queen sofa bed. Large windows from this corner unit allow plenty of natural light and beautiful views of the mountains.
