Nestled a few feet from the banks of Trail Creek, this bright, corner condo offers a tranquil escape less than 5 minutes from downtown Ketchum and skiing at River Run. Styled in classic mountain decor, this 2-bedroom condo features hardwood furniture and antique accents, including a unique, cast-iron kitchen clock and vintage ski poles. In the living area, a plush sofa and two leather armchairs invite guests to gather by an impressive river rock fireplace or catch a movie on the 52-inch plasma TV. Large picture windows in the living and dining areas frame colorful trees dotting the banks of Trail Creek. Sliding glass doors from the dining area open onto a covered patio where you can fire up the BBQ grill or sip coffee on one of two lounge chairs and listen to the sound of the creek rushing by. In the dining room, a charming log table seats guests beneath a cast-iron chandelier, with 4 additional seats at the breakfast bar allowing you to easily host friends for dinner. A fully equipped kitchen allows for homemade meals, with plenty of room to stock your favorite snacks throughout your stay. Down the hall is an inviting primary bedroom with a queen-sized bed, twin closets and an en-suite bath with shower. This room also features cable TV. The adjacent second bedroom has a captain’s bunk with an extra-long twin over queen bed. This room features cable TV, a small library, and access to a full bathroom in the hallway. A stackable washer and dryer is also available to guests in the hallway bathroom. A covered front porch offers a cozy bench to easily remove your boots and gear, while a lockable storage closet gives you convenient storage for skis and equipment outside the condo. As a guest of Bridgepoint, you will also have access to the community hot tub, nestled steps away with views of the creek and surrounding woods. Bridgepoint also offers free outdoor parking, although with a shuttle stop half a block away and a paved bike path into town, you do not need a car to enjoy your Sun Valley vacation. If you do choose to drive, you can easily explore Ketchum’s surrounding areas, including blue-ribbon trout streams, multiple scenic hiking trails and even hot springs. Please be advised, this home is not equipped with Air Conditioning. Noise at this property should be kept to a minimum between the hours of 10 pm and 8 am per the City of Ketchum.     The condo was stocked with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The check-in/check-out process was easy. The NR property manager was super responsive - we had a small issue with a sink leak and it was fixed so quickly.
