The third bedroom offers a queen sized bed with armoire and dresser, and shares the hall bathroom with the second bedroom. This room also has access to the patio with a seating area. Anchored by the large rectangular ozone pool with integrated spa and tanning shelf, the outdoor spaces feature an outdoor dining room with custom pergola with sliding shade, gas barbeque, fire-pit and abundant chaise lounges, sitting areas and free standing umbrellas.
