Snowcreek 820 beckons for lively family reunions or a gathering of friends. Enjoy the comforts of a well-appointed home with an open living area, a kitchen perfect for collaborative cooking and a dining room with seating for up to 12, replete with big meadow views. In the living room, you will find a 65-inch flat screen TV and a wood burning fireplace for cozying up. Guests can unwind on the sofa, love seat, or comfy arm chair. Just a few steps away, there is a pool table for added amusement.
The unit features two primary suites, both offering king size beds and flat screen TV's. One primary suite is located on the first level and has an en-suite bathroom with a shower only and the other is on the third level with an en-suite bathroom with a shower/bath combo. The first guest room has a queen bed and a flat-screen TV and is located on the main level. The second guest room has a bunk bed with a full size on the bottom and a twin on the top, as well as a flat-screen TV and is located on the first level. The third guest room has two new twin beds and a flat-screen TV and is also located on the first level.
Snowcreek 820 has a laundry room, a community hot tub, private 2 car garage, offers complimentary wireless internet, and a gas BBQ Grill. This property does not permit smoking. This home welcomes dogs for an additional fee of $150 plus tax per pet, for up to 2 pets. Please note; there are strict rules within the neighborhood. Please ensure you have your dog on a leash at all times, carry waste bags and do not leave your dog unattended in the home. Fines will be issued by the HOA to anyone not complying to these rules.

Natural Retreats was responsive when they learned of a water leak and quickly sent a repairman who took care of the issue. The house was as advertised and provided all amenities listed and worked great for our extended family. Plenty of kitchen area to prepare meals and dining area accomodated all. For a group of 8-10, this was perfect.

Incredible place to stay! The garage code was incorrect which wasn’t a big deal at all. Unfortunately our neighbors were extremely inconsiderate and blocked our driveway multiple times after kindly asking them to stop, but that isn’t the management or properties fault. Would recommend!

This beautiful cabin was so amazing to stay at. We really enjoyed our couple days here. Loved the openness of the main floor, great for entertaining all of our friends and we loved the pool table. The cabin was also in a great location; quite neighborhood only about five minutes from the Vons grocery store and the famous breakfast spot, The Stove Restaurant. Also close to The Village and all of Mammoths great hikes. The company Natural Retreats was also so easy to work with. Very responsive and great at welcoming me and my guests to this beautiful cabin. Excellent place! Plenty of room for friends and family and the pool table is a plus! You are able to use the garage that fits 2 cars plus a driveway for several cars as well! Love the main living area which is an open concept with plenty of light plus a balcony with a nice view as well! Definitely recommend staying here more winter mammoth trips!

One detail - I think the house could use a binder on how everything works as we could not figure out the sound system and it took forever to figure out the light switches. One of the best Airbnb's we've stayed at in mammoth. The locations is great because it connects you to the lakes through old mammoth road and is just a few minutes from everything. The master bedroom is beautiful. We got married in mammoth and my now wife used it to get ready with her bridesmaids and the pictures came out great. You can fit 2 cars in the garage and 2 outside. Kitchen and living room are spacious and very comfortable. We had 10 adults and 3 kids sleeping there. Everyone was comfortable and enjoyed their stay. If you have some couch bums you could fit even more people. With 4 bathrooms we never had to wait to shower or drop a deuce. Overall I loved this Airbnb. Would definitely stay again.

Great, quiet neighborhood, perfect location for seeing the sunrise from the main living space. The home is clean without clutter or excessive decor. Travel size amenities were a nice bonus. We didn't cook BUT the kitchen was well equipped. The only negative was a late check-in relative to other homes we've stayed in. We would stay again.

The attention to small details was a nice touch. For example, we appreciated the fact that there was a Kleenex box in the bathrooms. On the other hand, some of the blinds in the bedrooms were broken as was the sliding screen door. Overall, though, a great property.

We enjoyed our stay here so much. Extremely spacious and the scenic views you get without having to leave the airbnb are unmatched. You can even see wild deer prancing from your backyard. The location is close enough to town so that you can make a quick stop to the grocery store or brewery, but far enough to escape into nature. We would stay again.

I stayed in this beautiful, inviting, and family friendly condo with my family in March. The condo was clean, well stocked, and spacious. Our kids had a great time playing in the snow and the adults made use of the pool table. Our backyard had magnificent view of the mountains and landscape. We stayed at this cabin with 5 couples. Two families had children and the space was ideal for our situation. Everything was clean and the cabin was fully stocked. Checking in and out was a breeze. The cabin didn’t heat evenly, some rooms felt like 90 and others 70. We also had a small issue with the dishwasher upon check out. We hand washed all of the dishes but natural retreats offered for us to leave the dishes in the sink. Their customer service was amazing. Thank you guys for making our stay wonderful.

I visited this home for an early thanksgiving reunion mid November, and the stay was amazing everything about this house was great. I’m so glad we chose this place for our first ever family trip and I look forward to booking from this website again. Thank you for the amazing location and price.

Myself and my extended family stayed at this home in September 2018. The location is very quiet and the home has a wonderful view of the mountains and wide open space. The home is very well kept, with two large master bedrooms and everything was provided. The check in and check out procedure was really straightforward. My family thought it was the perfect venue for our gathering.

We had a serious problem with our balcony.It was about ready to come down and swaying. The pilaster has a huuge split in it and also starting to split on the wall We pointed it out to the maintenance guy when he came to fix our tv in one of the bedrooms. we were unable to use our balcony.Also, the Twin beds really need to be replaced and were uncomfortable for our guests The Condo had great ammenities and the furniture was well made( dining room chars could stand to be refilled) The condo was spacious and perfect for our group.

This was by far the most beautiful vacation rental we have ever stayed in! Everything from the peaceful location to the furnishings and decor was perfect. The home is extremely spacious, comfortable and very well stocked. We had everything we needed and spent most nights cooking in the large, gourmet kitchen while the kids had a great time playing pool and board games in front of the gorgeous fireplace. This home is very close to the slopes, shops and restaurants but also feels very secluded and private with the beautiful mountain backdrop. We were so excited it snowed two of the days we were there and the kids had a blast building a snowman out front. We were also able to see the golf course before it snowed and are equally excited to plan a summer visit. Overall a perfect week in this amazing home and we cannot wait to go back!

We just spent an amazing week in Mammoth. 820 Fairway Circle was the perfect location for our families to come together for Thanksgiving. We had 3 families a total of 10 of us. There was plenty of space for all. The kids and the adults enjoyed playing pool. The kitchen is well stoked and a gorgeous space to create meals. We found some great hiking trails out back of the property to work off all those extra calories. My kids are already asking when can we go back! Perfect for my family. Amazing area and great house! We will definitely go back. My only complaint was we couldn't stay longer. Definitely, will recommend this to all my friends.

Fell in love with this place and location. Expansive views. Loved the trails right outside the the front door. Took a different walk every day of our stay. Modern, spacious and made for 'gathering' , with great room and pool table. We will definitely be back.
