Very easy to book and communicate with hosts. They made check in and check out super easy. The place is in a cute little community of townhouses, felt safe and was quiet. Plenty of room for our group of 6. Nice big living area and kitchen. We enjoyed our stay.

Check-in and checkout are simple and easy. The quality of the condo and the decor were just what we wanted. Everything was very clean and as expected. The bathroom and kitchen starter supplies are helpful. We had a power outage in 2 rooms, the help desk and service personnel were great.

Gorgeous, comfortable, and peaceful home, I didn’t want to leave! The perfect size for groups and had everything we needed to prepare a holiday meal for 7. Beautiful touches to the home + a calming creek in the backyard, definitely made for the perfect getaway.

Everything about our stay was so easy: the online reservation process, the app with all the reservation info, door code instead of keys, not needing to follow a million rules inside the condo (We left it as clean as possible!), etc. Also, our unit was CLEAN and as pictured on the website. I like a more uncluttered, modern decor scheme and was glad to find this cute place. We had a happy stay!

This place is awesome. Super clean, close to Village. All the stuff was there to feel like home. The couch was super comfortable. This place is quite big and we were the party of 6 Adults and 4 kids and never felt the space is less. The beautiful creek is going in the backyard, the kids enjoyed it a lot. Would love to come back again.

The unit #550 at Snowcreek IV was clean and the kitchen had all the pots/pans/cups/glasses that we needed to make meals for a group of 8. One of the bedrooms had one more trundle bed than advertised and this worked well for the family that stayed in that room. The creek is just behind the unit and the water was flowing in early October. Internet was super fast...like 320Mbps download and 35Mbps upload. Very comfortable and upgraded.

All was good. I would only recommend if you give the instructions for what to do before leaving ie where to leave the keys and what to do with the trash at the beginning or leave an instruction sheet at the house.
