Rated 1 out of 5 by from NEVER AGAIN!!! Terrible place to stay: 1. Have to walk up 6 flights of stairs. 2. TV on floor (hard to control with 4 different remotes). 3. No small RV parking even though we were only taking up 1 spot (had to park a mile away). 4. Toilet seat broken. 5. Stove top did not work. 6. Dirty carpet 7. No answer at main office when we called for questions. 8. To many added fees on top of listed price. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!!!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Average condo but good location We visited Mammoth in April. The location of the condo is great, walking distance to the canyon lodge. The condo is just ok. It has some updated feature and then some dates ones. New applicances but took us 30 minutes to figure out only some of the pot actually worked in the stove. There are water/ dryers for boots and gloves but we could not get them to work. The dishwasher was unplugged we plugged it in and then realized there was a problem, standing brown water. When I called management they said there should have been a note that it was broken and then were not sure when the new one was going to be put in. The code for the spa did not work, we did not try until the last day. I Think there could have been instruction left for applicances and the dryer, not everyone is use to an electric stove. Also when we had the stove issue it was at breakfast time. The office does not open until 9 and my call was not returned until close to 10.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Nice little place! Needs some improvements like a tv stand or mount the tv on the wall. Bathroom around shower area there was soap left over from the last guest. Pillows needs to be updated on the bed. Stovetop was a little difficult. Probably should have better direction on use of it.
