This luxurious townhouse in The Lodges at Snowcreek sits by the Snowcreek Golf Course with stunning views of the Sherwin Mountains and easy access to year-round recreation, from skiing at Mammoth Mountain to hiking the Crystal Lake Trail. The entertainment of Downtown Mammoth Lakes is less than 5 minutes away. Ideal for families or small groups, this spacious 2,700+ square foot home has two primary suites, a sunny loft with two adult-friendly queen beds, en suite bath, and multiple relaxing lounge areas. *Please be advised that this home, as with most units in The Lodges at Snowcreek, does not have air conditioning. Fans are available in each bedroom. On the main level, a two-story great room welcomes guests with soaring vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors and vintage ski accents for a lodge-style ambience. Sink into one of two comfy sofas or settle into the reading chair for cozy evenings by the stacked-stone, wood-burning fireplace or a movie on the large-screen TV. This area opens to a covered, furnished deck optimal for relaxing and taking in the crisp mountain air or a barbeque. The gourmet chef’s kitchen boasts hardwood floors, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Seat up to 8 guests at the banquette-style dining table with four stools at the breakfast bar to accommodate larger groups. After dinner, enjoy drinks and conversation in the rustic lounge just off the dining area. All three guest rooms, located on upper levels for the best views, have private bathrooms and picture windows: Bedroom 1 – Upper Level King Bed This spacious suite has vaulted ceilings, a writer’s desk, and a cozy reading chair. Guests also have a Roku-enabled flat screen TV and USB ports on each nightstand. The en-suite bathroom has a luxurious soaking tub and separate step-in shower. Bedroom 2 - Upper Level California King Bed This sunny room has picture windows overlooking the Sherwin Mountains, a Roku-enabled flat screen TV, and USB ports on each nightstand. The large en-suite bathroom has dual sinks and a step-in shower. Bedroom 3/Loft Two Queen Beds Roomy enough for children or adults, the loft has a picture window, twin dressing benches, and USB ports on the nightstand. Guests also have a lounge area with board games and a private bathroom with a combination shower/bathtub. A powder room on the main level and a laundry room off the kitchen with a full-size washer and dryer add privacy and convenience. This home comes with a direct access 1-car garage and the complex offers several guest parking spots adjacent to the unit. As a guest of the Lodges, you can enjoy the complex hot tub just a few steps away. For an additional fee, you can enjoy access to amenities at the Snowcreek Athletic Club, which offers a pool, gym, tennis court, fitness classes, children’s activities, massages, and much more. The free town shuttle stop is located just outside the Lodges complex to transport you to the surrounding areas including the Village (where the Village Gondola can take you to Canyon Lodge) or to Main Lodge. From your prime location in Mammoth’s Snowcreek area, you’ll be steps from golf at the Snowcreek Golf Course and less than a mile from restaurants, shops and parks in Downtown Mammoth Lakes. A short drive to Mammoth Mountain for skiing, mountain biking, scenic gondola rides and more, or head to Crystal Lake less than 20 minutes away for strenuous, but scenic hiking. Explore it all from the privacy and charm of Lodges 1138. We encourage guests to remove their shoes before entering the home. *Due to COVID-19, communal area amenities shared with other groups of guests are possibly limited or unavailable until further notice. *We are licensed under Business Tax Certificate #7648-0125 with The Town of Mammoth Lakes and we are required to collect Transient Occupancy Tax.

    Cozy and beautiful home! It looked just as the photos but even more spacious than expected. Easy check-in and communication with the host company. We really enjoyed the location and spacious shared courtyard, and were treated to a snowy spring break. Kitchen was stocked with appliances, cookware, basic seasonings, a roll of paper towels, and there was plenty of firewood in the garage (be sure to pick up fire starter, if needed). Garage parking was nice and the HOA plows the road and shovels snow from the porches/walkway. Will definitely return!
