This recently remodeled top floor condo is located in the center of Mammoth and can accommodate 8 guests in its 3-bedrooms and-2 baths with loft —making it a perfect choice for families. The Mammoth downtown center with shops and restaurants are just a short walk away as well as the Mammoth Creek Park, Snowcreek Meadow, Mammoth Rock Trail, and the town shuttle. Guests also have access to the La Vista Blanc amenities, including the community pool, hot tub, spa, and BBQ area.

The first floor of the home features a bright living area with vaulted ceilings and plenty of windows which look out onto expansive vistas of the surrounding mountains. The living room features a cozy sectional sofa, a wall-mounted flat screen Smart TV, fireplace, and access to a private deck with gas grill.

The kitchen is located off the living room. It is very well-equipped to prepare meals for a crowd, and comes replete with newly finished countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a dining table that can accommodate 8 people.

The queen-sized primary bedroom is located on the first floor. It features a flat-screen TV, as well as an en-suite bathroom with a stand-alone shower and double sinks.

The remaining two bedrooms are located on the second floor. The queen-sized bedroom comes replete with a flat-screen TV, as well as vaulted ceilings and a window that looks out onto spectacular mountain views. The second bedroom on this level features a twin-over-full bunk bed. There is also a shared bathroom with a shower over bath combo on the second floor.

Each bedroom as well as the living room comes equipped with new individual heaters with modern thermostats for the ultimate comfort.

The loft comes replete with two twin-over-twin bunk beds, as well as a flat-screen TV.

The condo is equipped with a washer and dryer. Guests have access to 2 parking spaces as well as an exterior guest storage closet located by the front door.

One dog, below 75 lbs, is permitted for an additional fee of $150 plus tax.

Well stocked kitchen with Oneida eating utensils. Nice sheets that were not pilling. Easy front lock to enter and exit. Added extra day to credit. Thank you for credit after family emergency made us cancel at last minute.
