Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful property close to the Village We just returned from staying at this property over the weekend and were very pleased. The unit is newly renovated with a modern minimalist design, but is still very homey. We stayed at this unit with my sister and brother in law who had never been to Mammoth before. We were all pleasantly impressed with this property (the kitchen was also very well stocked with dishes/utensils/etc). In fact, this place is so beautiful we hope to keep it a secret and to stay there again!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from all the comforts of home This condo is located right on the FREE shuttle stop (literally the stop is steps away from the doorstep). The shuttle will take you wherever you need to go with stops on every corner. We didn't have to use our vehicle at all but it was nice to have a designated parking place that was also underground (no digging the car out each morning). The kitchen had everything we needed to cook at home each evening and the kids loved having their own space and TV in the 2nd bedroom. Just behind the condo is a wooded area that provided a great place for snow-play and building a snowman as well as a relaxing view from the porch. We loved how modern and clean the entire condo was. The white subway tiles in the bathrooms gave a very spotless feel to the area and the modern mountain decor throughout really made it feel comfortable and welcoming. We will be back indefinitely.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very clean! Good location Loved this condo and it’s proximity to the Village. The only thing was the pull out bed was not able to be used because the mattress was horrible and needs to be replaced. Other than that, great place!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Nice place to stay.... Except a few items.... We recently stayed at Crestview 35 for 5 nights and 6 days. We are a big time Mammoth Mountain lovers and depending on the season, we make it up there 3~5 times. I have stayed at all different lodging around the town of Mammoth, so have a good idea what to expect. The things I loved about crestview 35 - Very modern, nicely upgraded, nice touches from wall decors to ample shelving spaces, etc. The best equipped kitchen so far, their pots and pans were in very good condition, utencils were plenty and clean. The things I think Crestview 35 can improve - it says it sleeps 6 comfortably and I have to disagree to that. The pull out bed(sofa) in the living area is awful and you can feel every spring in it. My husband slept on it one night and he cried due to bad back pain the next day and said he'd rather sleep on the floor. Either needs to be replaced or need to provide good, nice thickness pad that can go on top. The other downside was having no storage space for the 2nd bedroom. No closet(there is one but I guess it is owner's storage space and was locked), no dresser, no cabinets, no nothing, so we just had to leave our suitcases open on the floor and the room is pretty small, so it was uncomfortable. Last but not least, I want to mention parking. If you have a roof reck or carrier on top of your car.... or even just a large SUV with no reck, never mind the underground parking. It said up to 6' at the entrance of the parking garage, and if you have a large SUV with large tires, even without the reck you will not be able to park. I had to park on the street the whole time (and actually there is not enough street parking, so we got tickets from Season's 4, which is another condominiums across the street). If this was disclosed at the time of booking, that would have been nice so that I can either re-consider booking this place or at least come with that information on mind. A guy in front of me pulling into the parking garage, who was driving an Audi Q5 which is considerably small SUV with just a roof reck could not make it in. Natural Retreats agent said that the information for parking garage was stated on their web, but I could not find it. I also booked via HomeAway and it was not dosclosed there either. So make sure to bring a car that is not too tall without the reck or carrier if you are planning to stay here. Convenient distance to the Village, shuttle route, overall clean, and well decorated, it was a pretty pleasant stay with just a few upgrades and pre disclosed information on parking, that would have been even better.
