Charming waterfront cottage at Weirs Beach with shared dock and WifI
Enjoy waterfront living in this cozy New England cottage - Property 304. With two bedrooms and two baths, six guests are able to be comfortably accommodated, and are able to choose from a queen-sized bed and a pyramid bunk bed (queen on bottom/twin on top) plus a sleeper sofa on the lower level. There are two bathroom, one on each level, each with a shower stall only.
The living room offers plenty of seating for your group to gather and talk about the day’s plans, or catch up on your favorite shows on the flat-screen television. The kitchen is fully-equipped, with both large and small appliances, and ready for meal prep. Dine as a family at the six-person table, or take your plates to the sun-room to enjoy the gorgeous natural lighting and beautiful lake views. A gas grill is also available for your use. Downstairs, guests will find another sitting room, complete with a television, books, and cozy seating, perfect for the kids!
The public beach is conveniently a half mile away, and all guests must read and sign the Association Rule prior to this home’s final rental confirmation. Guests also have access to the shared 22ft dock and a water trampoline, just steps from the house, for swimming, fishing, and boating.

the property was better than advertised, especially the view of the lake form the dining area. The neighbors were very nice as well. we would like to rebook for next year if possible

Feels like this is the best value on the lake. Steps from a private dock and a view out of the house that is hard to beat. We rented a boat for the whole week and this cabin is situated perfectly to explore all of the coves and bays and return home to restock. This place can’t disappoint!

Cozy cottage with spectacular views
This cottage was amazing with spectacular views, wonderful swimming spot with a fun water trampoline, large dock and screened in porch to relax and enjoy the views. The cottage is fairly close to other cottages, which resulted in a lot of neighborly noise, but everyone was friendly. The only issues were the washing machine breaking and lack of parking space.
