A full-length leather sectional faces a large-screen TV, with a wide, minimalist writers’ desk just underneath to accommodate longer stays and “working vacations,” aided by high-speed wireless internet. Two bedrooms, conveniently located on the lower level, feature flexible king-sized beds which can be converted to two extra-long twin beds to accommodate varying group types upon request. Black-out and sheer window coverings throughout allow for maximum privacy.
