The dining area—with a large table and chairs with seating for 10—is located adjacent to the kitchen. The living room is situated off the dining area, and comes replete with a cozy couch and loveseats, a Smart flatscreen TV, and stone-stacked gas fireplace—the perfect spot to get warm on chilly fall and winter nights. The expansive deck can be accessed off the living room. It features a gas grill, as well as several Adirondack chairs. Here, guests can enjoy their morning coffee, or a glass of wine in the evening, while taking in the spectacular views of the trees and the mountains beyond them. The lower level features a den with comfortable seating, a wall-mounted flatscreen TV, a stone stacked fireplace, a wine cooler, pool table, bar, laundry room, and a half bath. There is an additional full sized refrigerator for extra food storage.
