Hoot 'n Hollar #31

Pet-friendly 4 bedroom cabin w/pool table, jetted-tub, fireplace & free passes to local attractions

Hoot n’ Hollar is a four-bedroom, three-bath log cabin in the Brothers Cove Resort that will comfortably accommodate twelve guests. Get a good night’s sleep on one of the four queen-sized beds, or one of the two sleeper sofas, with select bedrooms featuring a jetted-tub and a television with DVD player, Roku, or Netflix.

When you book your stay at this cabin, you receive free admission to popular Smoky Mountain attractions with Xplorie. This program entitles our guests to one free adult admission ticket, per night stay, to attractions like Dollywood, Ripley’s Aquarium, the Smoky Mountain Opry, Dolly’s Stampede, the Hatfield & McCoy Dinner Show, and more.

Gather in the living room for movie nights on the big-screen televisions through Roku or DVD player, cozy up by the wood-burning fireplace, and enjoy the seclusion of the mountains. Spend hours shooting pool in the game room, or settle into one of the rockers on the deck to enjoy the mountain views. Enjoy cooking in the fully-equipped kitchen, and enjoying a group dinner at the eight-person table to recount the day’s events.

There is also a charcoal grill, picnic table, rocking chairs, and a hot tub on the deck.

During the summer months, you'll be able to enjoy access to the resort’s private outdoor swimming pool. We also encourage you to bring your four-legged friend, as Hoot n’ Hollar allows dogs for an additional fee.

Please note that guests must be at least 21 years of age to rent this property.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great location! I stayed at your cabin from Oct. 6 to Oct. 9th. I was very disappointed in the cleanliness of the cabin. There was an empty beer can in it when we arrived. The upstairs carpet needs cleaned desperately. There were dirty sheets on one pull out couch. The outside table was covered in dirt. Cob webs were hanging everywhere throughout the cabin. The blinds were very dirty. It was nice to have a pool table but, all of the sticks tips were missing except for one. There was no wi-fi, if a cabin doesn't have it, it should be noted before arriving. We still had a good time and enjoyed our stay, but these things need to be addressed.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Cabin great - Driveway is adventurous Cabins are beautiful. They are well-stocked with supplies. Bedroom beds were very comfortable. Extra pillows would have been appreciated. Condition of hide-abeds however, was unacceptable due to skimpy mattresses and overall condition of bed frame. As our cabin was to sleep up to 12 persons, there is no way an adult couple could have slept in these. To use the sofas as sofas - they were fine. Hot tub was in good working order and clean. The view from this cabin of the mountains is beautiful. Be prepared for the drive through this area. The drive is narrow and winding and there is a steep incline for this cabin. If weather was wintry it could be quite challenging.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from I will not rent another property from them I stayed here for one night in July at the Hoot and Holler cabin. We were very disappointed in the cleanliness of the cabin. There was a layer of dust on everything including some of the glasses sitting on the shelves. Cobwebs inside everywhere, trash on the ground outside.... for a $230 cleaning fee I expect better than that. Also, it would be nice if you didn’t have to take your own trash down to the dumpster after a one night stay for the price we paid. We did enjoy the peacefulness of the cabin and appreciated being able to check in a little early.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Bad experience We were there for my daughter's wedding and our guest along with my family had no water. We could not even run water in sink and flush a toilet. Can you image taking showers with 10 people in one cabin trying to get ready for a wedding. We had to go to other peoples cabins to shower. It was an awful experience. Brothers Cove was beautiful but the stay in that cabin was terrible. The hot tube smelled mildew.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Spiral staircase My family stayed in this home in April. We were there for my niece's wedding. The home layout was great for the eight of us and our dogs. There are four bedrooms with one downstairs and three upstairs. The family room and game room is able to be closed off from the rest of the house. We had a toddler with us and had to watch him around the stairs.
