Natural Retreats was very accommodating throughout the last year. Due to pandemic related reasons, we had to reschedule our ski trip twice and they even waived the difference between the original rate we paid and the higher seasonal rate when we had to reschedule a second time. We enjoyed the property we stayed at and whether it was by phone or email, the communication was clear and helpful. Thanks!

The condo was so spacious and located directly on the shuttle route...or even better, very close and easy to drive to the free parking. We had a garage to park in, firewood supply, gas grill, it really had everything!
