Romance in All Seasons
During the summer months, most couples opt outside to enjoy Idaho’s clear skies and steady mountain breezes. For the ceremony, choose between the historic Rammel Barn or the Bannock Circle Ponds. The Rammel Barn is the most photographed western style weathered barn in Teton Valley with a dramatic view of the mountains. The Bannock Circle Ponds are two naturally fed ponds connected by a babbling brook in the middle of an undisturbed aspen grove.
For intimate private rehearsal dinners, parties can rent out the Natural Retreats Storehouse wine café, which opens up to a stone patio, a picnic area with lawn games, and a fire pit.

In the winter months, couples can choose from the Snake River Room, a private mountain log cabin, or the warm and inviting Headwaters Grille restaurant.

At any time of the year, guests have the option of renting one of our luxurious 3-5 beroom Teton Springs Cabins. In the summer we would be happy to arrange lawn tents for you, and in the winter, these beautiful homes make for a charmingly intimate and private setting for your ceremony and reception.

We welcome wedding ceremonies, receptions, rehearsal dinners, Sunday brunch, and other social events year-round for groups as few as 20 guests.

Can I bring my own favors & wedding décor items? Are there any restrictions on what can be used on property?
Yes, you are welcome to decorate the venue as you like; however, there are some restrictions on specific items that may pose a potential liability risk. Ask your Events Specialist prior to the event which items you may use. Failure to gain approval may result in fees.

Does all food and beverage need to be approved by Teton Springs Lodge & Spa?
Yes, with the exception of the wedding cake, all food and beverage must be provided by either Natural Retreats or Headwaters Grille.

What is the cost of the reception & dinner, and is there a minimum food expenditure required?
The cost of the wedding reception is based on your menu selections. We can provide you with everything from a simple cocktail reception to an elegant gala depending on your personal preference and budget. In addition to the site fee, for the Caddis Lake Overlook reception there is a minimum food expenditure of $57 per person (excluding alcohol, tax, or gratuity). Please discuss other possible site minimums with the Catering Manager.

What are the sales tax, occupancy tax, and food & beverage gratuity rates?
Taxes for the venue rental and accommodations are included in the price. Sales tax on food and beverage is 6%. Gratuity is 20%. Lodging occupancy tax is 2% in addition to the 6% sales tax.

Is the lodge pet friendly?
We offer two rooms that are pet friendly. If you are interested in bringing pets, please be sure to specifically request the pet friendly rooms.

Can you provide the names of reliable florists, photographers, entertainers, pastry chefs, and ministers?
Yes, we’re happy to recommend regional vendors for all of the above, ask about our preferred vendor list.

What are the cocktail options?
You may have a completely hosted bar (100% paid by you), cash bar (100% paid for by your guests) or a combination of both. For example, wine and beer can be paid for by you while your guests pay for their own cocktails. Other options are available upon request. There is not a bar minimum requirement.

If I have music or entertainment, is there a specific time the music must end?
Due to resort homeowner guidelines, and with respect to our other hotel guests, all music must be turned off at 10:30pm (and the volume must be turned down by 10:00pm).

Is a wedding planner included in the site fees?
We will provide you an Events Specialist to help plan your event as it pertains to the details of the venue, guest activities, room assignments, and the placing of room amenities. The Catering Manager will be your point of contact for the food & beverage and site details. Please ask about our preferred vendor list if you require a wedding planner for additional planning needs.

How much advance deposit is required?
This depends upon your exact needs and whether you are reserving wedding space, lodging, or both. Typically, the site fee is the initial deposit amount for your event. Total accommodation buyout of the Lodge requires a contract with an advance deposit due at time of booking. For non-buyout requests, deposits and guarantees are dependent on the couples guarantee preference (holding rooms without a guarantee, or placing a deposit on rooms in order to guarantee them), and on the number and types of rooms held.

Are group or discounted rates available at Teton Springs Lodge & Spa, and is there a minimum stay requirement?
Depending on the time of year and the number of rooms reserved, group rates may be available. There is a 3 night minimum stay requirement for cabin rentals, but no minimum requirement for lodge guests in your wedding party.
